Overview

The Multiple Emails for a Contact feature allows you to add more than one email address to a contact's details. Users can add, manage, and edit multiple email addresses for a contact and choose a primary email that will be used for all actions and interactions with the contact.

Please note: One primary email address and ten additional email addresses are possible at this time, making it a total of eleven email addresses.


How to Add Additional Email Addresses

You can add additional email address fields when creating or editing a contact.

To create or edit a contact:

  1. Navigate to the contacts page to edit or create a new contact

  2. To edit a contact, click on the contact and select + Add > Email

  3. Once you have a total of 10 additional email addresses for a contact, you won't be able to add more. 10 additional email addresses are the limit for one contact.

Setting the Primary Email Address

  1. To make an email address primary, click on the circle next to the email you want to designate as primary. Once you save, the changes will be applied.

Sending to Multiple Email Addresses

  1. When sending to a contact with multiple email addresses, you can select the email you want to use from the drop-down menu. The primary email address will be automatically selected, but you can choose any other email address if needed.
