Bulk Actions let you apply one-off actions to many contacts at once from Contacts or Smart Lists. This article walks through how to bulk add contacts to a workflow using Add to automation, including how to select all contacts and how scheduling works (all at once, scheduled time, or drip mode).

Check the box next to the contact records you want to update.
To select more contacts:

Choose the Add to automation icon.

In the pop-up window that appears, select a workflow from the dropdown list.

Note (Drip mode): The repeat after setting does not repeat the entire process. Instead, it works like run every. For example, if you set 100 contacts every 5 hours, the system processes 100 contacts every 5 hours until all selected contacts have been processed.
