Overview
This guide explains how to bulk import and bulk export multiple email addresses for a single contact using the Additional Emails field.
Steps to Import
- In the Contact Import mapping screen, locate the system field Additional Emails.
- In your CSV, include all additional emails in one column.
- Separate multiple emails using commas (
,), slashes (/), or semicolons (;).
- Map that CSV column to Additional Emails.

Please note: If you don’t include an Email field, the system will use the first email in Additional Emails as the primary email address.

Conditions
- Contact uniqueness can be established based on both the primary Email and Additional Emails (when Email is selected in Find Existing Contacts Based on First Preference).
- If multiple duplicate matches are found for an additional email, that specific additional email will be omitted.
- Invalid emails in the Additional Emails field will be discarded and only valid emails will be retained.
- If the Email column is empty but the Additional Emails column has values, the first additional email will become the primary email.
- When updating an existing contact, emails in the CSV will merge with emails already on the contact.
- The Additional Emails field supports up to 10 additional emails. If more than 10 are provided, only the first 10 will be used.
