What your team will see in STRINGConnect is the plain description, not the code. So the option reads Type 2 diabetes rather than Type 2 diabetes: E11.9. We still want the codes from you, because they tell us which conditions you actually work with and they are what your billing runs on. They just do not belong on a dropdown your team clicks twenty times a day.
