This guide walks you through how to find and navigate an individual contact record, including key areas like Contact Details, Actions, Client Portal access, communication history, and the Activity sidebar.
Individual contact records can be found by logging into your account and clicking on Contacts
Use the search bar to find a specific contact record and select to open.

Finally you’ll see options to change a client’s portal password or send them a link to reset it

Activity Sidebar
On the far right you’ll be able to see a quick summary of six different activity centers.
Activity shows the pages the contact has visited and any forms, surveys, or quizzes they submitted with time and date stamps.
Tasks shows a list of tasks associated with the contact record including due dates.
Notes shows any notes added to the contact record with a time and date stamp and the name of the user who added it.
Appointments shows any calls currently scheduled by that contact.
Documents will show file uploads like the front and back of insurance cards for example.
Payments shows a list of all transactions, subscriptions, invoices, and estimates and their status.
