Overview

This guide walks you through how to find and navigate an individual contact record, including key areas like Contact Details, Actions, Client Portal access, communication history, and the Activity sidebar.


Available Integrations

  1. Individual contact records can be found by logging into your account and clicking on Contacts

  2. Use the search bar to find a specific contact record and select to open.

  3. The contact record sections are:

    1. Contact Details

      1. At the top is where all the standard and custom fields are organized into folders.
      2. You can hide empty fields by clicking the box at the top of the left sidebar.

    2. Actions

      1. Next is where you can see all the tags, automations, and opportunities associated with a contact.
      2. Automations and opportunities will show both current and past.

    3. Client Portal

      1. Below that is where you can give or revoke individual access to any courses or community groups

    4. Finally you’ll see options to change a client’s portal password or send them a link to reset it

  4. Contact history

    1. In the center, you’ll see a history of both ingoing and outgoing communication with the contact, including voicemails, emails, and SMS messages.
    2. Below that you can send emails and SMS messages only to that contact record with all the formatting of the text editor plus the option to add pre-saved snippets.

  5. Activity Sidebar

    1. On the far right you’ll be able to see a quick summary of six different activity centers.

    2. Activity shows the pages the contact has visited and any forms, surveys, or quizzes they submitted with time and date stamps.

    3. Tasks shows a list of tasks associated with the contact record including due dates.

    4. Notes shows any notes added to the contact record with a time and date stamp and the name of the user who added it.

    5. Appointments shows any calls currently scheduled by that contact.

    6. Documents will show file uploads like the front and back of insurance cards for example.

    7. Payments shows a list of all transactions, subscriptions, invoices, and estimates and their status.
