Create forms quickly using the Template Library. You can start from a pre-built template, then customize it to fit your needs while keeping consistent branding.

Create a form from a template

1. Go to Sites > Forms > Builder.

2. Click + Add form.

3. Select From Template.

   

Select a template

• Filter templates by category or tag.

• Hover over a template and click Select.

  

View and edit the template

1. Click Continue.

2. Make any changes you need.

3. Save the form.
