Overview

Social Planner helps you create, preview, and publish social media posts right away or schedule them for later. Before you start, make sure your social accounts are connected under Integrations.

Available Integrations

1. Under the Integrations tab, you can connect one or more of these platforms:
   • Facebook
   • Instagram
   • Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business)
   • TikTok
   • LinkedIn
   • Pinterest
   • YouTube

Creating and Sending Posts

Step 1: Create a post

• Go to Marketing.

• Select Social Planner.

• Click New Post.

• Click Create New Post.

  

• (Optional) Use search and filters to find content quickly.

  

• Select the social account(s) you want to post to.

  

• Write and format your post content.

  

• (Optional) Use Edit with Ask AI to rewrite, simplify, or expand your copy.

  

• (Optional) Create and use Hashtag Groups (up to 30 hashtags per group).

  

  

• (Optional) Create one post that includes both images and videos and schedule it across multiple supported channels.
