Email Marketing in STRINGConnect has two areas: Email Templates and Email Campaigns.

• Email Templates are reusable layouts you can use as a starting point for future emails.
• Email Campaigns are the actual emails you customize and send to specific recipients.

Email Templates

An Email Template is a preset layout you build your campaign on. Templates are useful because they can save time when you plan to reuse the same email structure more than once.

This is an example of what a template may look like:

Email Campaigns

An Email Campaign is the email message you write, design, and send to a contact or a list. When you create a campaign, you choose an Email Template, customize it as needed, and then schedule it to be sent.

You can also reuse campaigns by cloning them. This lets you send a similar email later while still allowing edits before it goes out.
