Go to Contacts.
Select Smart Lists.
Click More Filters.
Smart Lists help keep contacts organized in STRINGConnect. They are dynamic segments that update automatically based on the filters you set.
Smart Lists are available inside the Contacts area of STRINGConnect and do not require enabling a separate integration.
Go to Contacts.
Select Smart Lists.
Click More Filters.
Filters are grouped so they are easy to browse.
Select whether each filter is or is not, then choose the matching value.
Example: To use Created By, search for the filter, choose is or is not, then pick a user.
Example: To filter by community or client portal groups, search for community or Client Portal, then select the relevant group.
