Coupons and promo codes help incentivize purchases, drive sales, and reward customer loyalty. This guide shows how to create a coupon in Payments, apply it to One-Step and Two-Step Order Forms, and test and troubleshoot common issues.
This feature does not require a third-party integration. Coupons are managed directly in your account under Payments → Coupons.
Log in to your account.
In the left-hand menu, select Payments.
Click Coupons.

Click Create Coupon.
Fill out the coupon details:
Coupon Name: Enter a recognizable internal name (example: SUMMER10).
Type: Choose Fixed Discount (example: $10 off) or Percentage Discount (example: 10% off).
Discount Value: Enter the amount or percentage.
Usage Limit: Set a limit, or leave unlimited.
Start and End Dates: Set the coupon validity period.

(Optional) Assign the coupon to specific products or services.
Click Save.
You can limit a coupon to apply for a specific number of months (instead of applying forever), regardless of payment frequency.
