Porting your telephone number to a new service provider can be a crucial step in maintaining continuity in communication for your business or personal use. This guide outlines the process and necessary steps to port your US telephone number to your account.

Steps to Port Your US Telephone Number to Your Account

Prepare Required Information

• You will need the information below:
  • Location ID: The specific identifier for your location.
  • To access your Location ID navigate to Settings (bottom left of screen) > Business Profile.

• Customer Name: Must match the name on the telephone bill.
• First Name:
• Last Name:
• Business Name (if applicable)
• Service Address: Must be a physical location, not a PO Box.

List Telephone Numbers to Port:

• Include all the numbers you want to transfer.
  • Number Type: Specify whether it's a wireless or landline/toll-free number.
  • Phone Number(s):

  • Pin/Last 4 of SSN (for wireless numbers):

Prepare a Letter of Authorization
