Overview

Use forms, surveys/quizzes, and calendars inside the Funnel Builder to capture leads, qualify prospects, and let people book appointments directly from a funnel step.

Tutorial

Step 1: Create a Form, Survey, or Calendar

• Navigate to Sites on the left, then Funnels at the top, and select the desired funnel.

  

  

• In the Form/Survey builder, create the form or survey you want to use.

• If you need a calendar, navigate to Settings → Calendars and create a calendar.

• Once created, you can add the form, survey, or calendar in the Funnel Builder as an Element.

Step 2: Add the element into your funnel page

• In the Funnel Builder, use drag-and-drop to add the element you need, such as a form, survey, calendar, images, or text.

  

  

• After adding an element, click it and use the right-side Settings panel:

  • General for functional settings (like choosing which form to display)

  • Styles for spacing and design

    

• There is also a CSS section for advanced customization.

  • Focus on the built-in settings first.

Form element notes

• In the Form element settings, you can select:

  • Spacing and layout options

  • Which form to display (Form selector)

  • Redirect action

    

• The redirect action is especially important because it tells STRINGConnect where to send someone after the form is submitted.

  • A common redirect option is a website URL.

• Redirecting to the next funnel step can also be configured through the button element and form builder.
