Overview

When creating or teaching a course, it is important to get real-time feedback from students and participants. Comments in your membership section help you build an engaged learning environment, and make it easier to respond to questions and guide learners.

Managing membership comments

Part 1: Understand each comment setting

• Enabled: Comments are visible on the page. Existing comments show in the thread, and students can add new comments.
• Hidden: Comments are not visible on the page. Existing comments are not shown, and students cannot add new comments.
• Locked: Students cannot add new comments, but existing comments remain visible. This is different from Hidden, which removes the thread from the page.

Part 2: Enable, hide, or lock membership comments

Enable comments for all lessons within a category

• Navigate to Memberships Courses.

• From the dropdown, select the Products tab.

  

• Choose an existing product, or create a new one.

• Click the Comments section.

  

• Select the category you want to enable, hide, or lock comments for.

• Select which lessons you want to enable, hide, or lock comments for within the category.

  

Part 3: Manage existing comments
