This feature allows businesses to connect and manage reviews from over 40+ platforms in one place, improving efficiency and customer engagement. With real-time updates and a unified dashboard, businesses can stay on top of their online reputation without switching between multiple review sites.

How to Access and Use This Feature

Step 1: Navigate to Review Integrations

• Go to Reviews > Settings > Integrations in your STRINGConnect account.

  

Step 2: Connect Your Review Platforms

• Enter the URL of your business’s review page for each platform you want to integrate.

  

Step 3: Sync and Display Reviews

• Once connected, reviews will automatically sync and appear in your dashboard for easy access.

• Receive immediate notifications whenever new reviews are posted on your connected review platforms, eliminating the need to manually check.

  

Supported Platforms & Custom Integration

If your preferred platform is not showing up in the list given below, you can submit custom review platform links directly from your dashboard to suggest new platforms for integration, helping prioritize what matters most to you.
