Overview

The Outlook Calendar integration lets you create and sync Outlook calendar invites so appointment updates in STRINGConnect stay aligned with your Outlook calendar.

Available Integrations

1. Under the Integrations tab, you will be able to see and connect the following platforms:
   • Outlook Calendar

Setup

Step 1: Connect the Outlook integration

• Navigate to Settings > Profile.

• Scroll down to Calendar Settings.

• Click Connect next to Outlook Calendar.

  

Step 2: Configure your primary calendar

• Navigate to Settings > Profile.

• Under Calendar Configuration, go to Primary Calendar.

• Click Edit.

• Select your Outlook account.

• Select the calendar you want to read and write.

  

• Your Primary Calendar will:

  • Read all calendar events from Google or Outlook.
  • Write all appointments to the selected Google or Outlook calendar.
