STRING Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms (the "Terms") are between STRING Marketing Inc., 3560 206th Ave NW, Oak Grove, MN 55303 ("STRING") and the business subscribing ("Client"). They apply to every STRING subscription Client signs up for: STRINGConnect, STRINGFlow and WordPress hosting (each a "Subscription"). Client accepts them by signing a proposal that references them or by completing checkout for a Subscription.

How These Terms Fit With Other Documents

• Proposal or contract. Anything a signed proposal or contract says specifically about a Subscription (for example a $1 placeholder until launch) applies over these Terms for that client.
• Project Terms. STRING's Project Terms & Conditions cover project work (builds, websites, strategy). These Terms cover the Subscriptions those projects run on.
• Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Where a Subscription involves patient health information, the BAA between STRING and Client applies and controls on anything about that information.

The Subscriptions

STRINGConnect

STRINGConnect is STRING's HIPAA-compliant, white-labeled GoHighLevel platform for client relationship management, scheduling, forms, email, text messaging, phone and related marketing tools.

• Plans: Basic ($97/month) or Premium ($197/month), with the features listed for each plan at the time of sign-up.
• Setup: direct sign-ups pay a one-time $149 setup fee. Clients starting STRINGConnect as part of a build or website project pay $1/month until the first part of the project launches, then the full plan rate.
• Usage charges: each plan includes a monthly usage credit for email, text messages and calls. Usage beyond the credit is billed at STRING's published usage rates (Usage Charges). A dedicated phone number can carry an additional charge.
• WordPress hosting is included with every STRINGConnect plan. See WordPress Hosting below.
• Not an electronic health record. Client will not use STRINGConnect to store clinical notes, charting or treatment documentation.

STRINGFlow

STRINGFlow is STRING's HIPAA-compliant automation platform that connects Client's systems, such as its electronic health record (EHR), STRINGConnect, scheduling, billing and fax.

• Plans: Base ($59/month), or Base plus AI ($109/month) when an AI add-on such as AI Fax Reading is included. An AI add-on's own agreement sets its included volume and any charges above it.
• Billing starts at the full rate when the proposal or contract is signed.
• Error correction. While Client stays subscribed, STRING fixes errors in the automations it hosts at no cost: for example, a step that fails, or a change STRING made that causes an error.
• Not included in error correction (billable at STRING's current published rates or quoted separately):
  • New features, new automations or changes to what an automation does
  • Problems caused by Client, or anyone acting for Client, changing fields, settings, integrations or other parts of its own accounts, including the time to find the cause, fix it and clean up
  • Significant rework needed because an outside platform (for example an EHR, GoHighLevel or a fax provider) changes or removes something the automation depends on. STRING will tell Client and quote the work.
