Overview

The Social Planner lets you connect social accounts like Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Each account uses an access token that can expire (for example, Facebook may require reconnection periodically). When a token expires, posting can fail until the account is reconnected.

This guide shows how to set up email notifications so you know when an account is near expiry or has expired.


Available Integrations

Under Social Planner → Manage Social Accounts, you can connect supported social platforms (for example, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram).


Navigation

Follow along to create email notifications for expired accounts:

  1. Navigate to Social Planner.

  2. Click Manage Social Accounts (gear icon).

  3. In Social Planner Settings, open the Notifications tab.

  4. Click the pencil icon to edit notification settings.

  5. Choose:

  6. Save your changes.

Note: If you change the number of day reminders, the update applies the next time the account approaches expiry.
