To enable voicemail in StringConnect, you'll need to record and upload a voicemail message, then configure your settings.

1. Record Your Voicemail Message

  1. Go to this online audio recording tool: https://online-voice-recorder.com/
  2. Click the red microphone button to begin, record your message, then click the stop icon when you're finished.
  3. Click the "Save" button to download the file to your computer.

2. Upload Your Voicemail Message

Upload a general voicemail message for your Business:

  1. Go to Settings > Business Info
  2. Scroll to Call & Voicemail Settings
  3. Choose Upload mp3/wav file and upload your voicemail file (screenshot)

This is the voicemail that will play if a contact calls a number not assigned to any users and the contact is not assigned to any users.

Upload a voicemail for a Specific User:

  1. Go to Settings > My Staff
  2. Click Edit next to the User
  3. Click Call & Voicemail Settings
