Tags help you organize contacts so you can segment, filter, and trigger actions based on what stage someone is in.


How to create, add, and remove tags

Create a new tag

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Tags.

  3. Click New Tag.

  4. Enter the tag name.

  5. Click Create.

Add or remove tags on a contact (manual)

  1. Open the contact record.
  2. In the Actions section, start typing a tag name.
  3. Select an existing tag from the dropdown, or click Add new tag + to create one.
  4. To remove a tag, click into the tag field and delete the tag.

Manage tags from Conversations

  1. Open Conversations.
  2. Select the contact.
