Overview
Tags help you organize contacts so you can segment, filter, and trigger actions based on what stage someone is in.
How to create, add, and remove tags
Create a new tag

Go to Settings.

Select Tags.

Click New Tag.

Enter the tag name.

Click Create.


Add or remove tags on a contact (manual)
- Open the contact record.
- In the Actions section, start typing a tag name.
- Select an existing tag from the dropdown, or click Add new tag + to create one.
- To remove a tag, click into the tag field and delete the tag.
Manage tags from Conversations
- Open Conversations.
- Select the contact.
