Overview

Usage charges are pay-as-you-go costs that apply when you use certain STRINGConnect features (for example, SMS, calls, email sending, AI, and premium workflow actions). Your account includes a monthly usage credit that is automatically applied to eligible usage.

Monthly usage credit

Each STRINGConnect account includes $5 in usage credit per month. Credits roll over month to month until used.

Example: what $5 can cover

• 420 text messages
• 230 to 390 minutes of calls (making or receiving)
• 5000 emails

Phone and email usage rates

• $0.0119 per text
• $0.021 per minute (making calls)
• $0.0128 per minute (receiving calls)
• $0.001 per email

Calculate exact usage based on your needs. Usage reports are available in phone settings and in the billing area.

Premium feature usage charges

Some features have additional usage charges (for example, premium workflow triggers and actions, and certain AI features).
