Anti-Spam Software

• Installed upon request.
• We respect your current setup and do not remove existing plugins.
• If you prefer our recommended solution, we’ll install it at no cost.
• If spam issues continue, we can implement additional layers of protection as a paid service.

Daily Backups (30-Day Retention)

• Backups are performed nightly.
• We store the last 30 days of backups.
• If you need your site restored to a previous version within that window, contact us through the support desk.

Plugin, Theme, and WordPress Core Updates (Monthly)

• Updates are performed on a monthly schedule.
• You may notice plugin updates available when you log in—please do not run them manually.
• Some plugins may not be updated right away if there are known issues. We monitor these and work with developers when necessary.
• In some cases, updates may be delayed beyond 30 days for stability and security reasons.
