Here are items that are NOT included in your hosting. See your terms of service for full details.
Domain Registration and Renewal
We do not register or renew domains on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining access to your domain registrar account and ensuring your domain is renewed on time to avoid downtime or domain loss. We are happy to assist with DNS updates as billable support.
Email Hosting
Your hosting plan does not include email inboxes, email forwarding, or mail server configuration. We recommend using a third-party provider such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for email services. We do not provide support for domain-level email issues.
Fixes After Plugin Updates
- Occasionally, a plugin update may break your site layout or functionality.
- These changes may not be visible immediately or easily detected.
- If you notice something broken:
- Let us know and we’ll evaluate the issue.
- If a fix is straightforward, we’ll estimate the time.
- If it’s unclear, we’ll request approval for up to 3 hours to investigate. You will only be billed for actual time used.
- Alternatively, we can restore your site from a backup. Keep in mind that any changes made since the backup will be lost.
Google Search Console Errors
- Hosting does not cover fixing search console errors.
- If you receive a Google alert, forward it to us via the support email. We’re happy to review and provide recommendations.
Plugin Replacements
- Plugins can become outdated, unsupported, or incompatible.
- We’ll notify you if we find an issue, but replacements are not included in the hosting plan.
- We cannot guarantee identification of all plugin issues, but we do our best to flag concerns proactively.
