Overview

Enhancing your virtual meetings has never been easier. By connecting your Zoom account to your calendar, you can generate dynamic meeting links automatically, saving time and effort. Once integrated, Zoom meeting links are generated automatically whenever a new booking is made in your calendar. This streamlines your workflow by eliminating manual tasks and ensures that every invite includes a unique Zoom link.


Available Integrations

You have access to the Zoom account you want to connect.


Connect your Zoom account

  1. Navigate to Calendars and open Calendar Settings > Connections.

  2. Locate the Video Conferencing tab.

  3. Click Add New, then select Connect next to Zoom.

  4. Sign in with your Zoom credentials to complete the connection.

  5. Confirm you see a success message indicating Zoom is connected.

Add Zoom links to your calendar

  1. Confirm your Zoom integration is successfully connected.

  2. Open the calendar you want to update.

  3. In the meeting details section, scroll to Meeting Location under team members.

  4. Select Zoom.

  5. Click Save.
